CRITICAL: Medical Warning
Biohack Forge is not a medical provider. The information provided across this platform — including protocols, research briefings, and biomarker indices — is for informational and educational purposes only.
You must consult with a qualified GP or licensed physician before implementing any protocols, starting new supplement stacks, or altering your physical or metabolic architecture. Professional oversight is required to interpret how clinical metadata applies to your specific physiology.
Nothing on this platform constitutes medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. If you are experiencing a medical condition, contact a qualified healthcare provider.
About
What Is
Biohack Forge
Biohack Forge is an independent, UK-based research publication dedicated to translating peer-reviewed longevity science into structured, actionable protocols. We are not affiliated with any university, clinical institution, or healthcare provider.
Our content is produced by a small research team. We are not clinicians. Our role is to synthesise, grade, and communicate the current state of longevity research — not to provide clinical guidance for individuals.
The 2026 Longevity Consensus referenced throughout this platform refers to Perri et al., Journals of Gerontology: Series A (2025) — a peer-reviewed international Delphi study establishing 14 validated biomarkers of aging for use in human intervention research. It is not a proprietary Biohack Forge framework.
Editorial
How We
Work
All briefings in the Forge research archive follow a consistent production standard before publication.
- ⌞ Every briefing is researched against primary peer-reviewed literature. Secondary sources are not used as primary citation.
- ⌞ Evidence grades (A/B/C/D) are assigned against the criteria defined in the Evidence Hierarchy before publication, not retrospectively.
- ⌞ Where cited studies are preprints and have not yet completed peer review, this is noted within the briefing.
- ⌞ Factual errors, when identified, are corrected and the briefing is updated with a revision note.
The evidence grading system — A (Definitive Consensus), B (Probabilistic Benefit), C (Emerging Signal), D (Speculative) — is documented in full on the Evidence Hierarchy page.
The Standard
Data Over
Dogma
Biohack Forge maintains clinical integrity through strict neutrality. Some links in our protocol stack are affiliate links, meaning we may receive a commission if you purchase through them.
Affiliate status has no influence on protocol placement, evidence grading, or editorial coverage. Products are vetted against clinical metadata first.
- ⌞ We do not accept payment for 'Pillar Rank' or protocol placement.
- ⌞ All affiliate revenue is reinvested into the Forge's decentralised research fund.
- ⌞ We have no commercial relationships with supplement brands, longevity clinics, or testing laboratories beyond the affiliate programme described above.
